Abstract

Riset ini memberikan penalaran mengenai pandangan Jepang terhadap kerjasama industri kreatif yang dilaksanakannya bersama Indonesia. Analisa yang disuguhkan dalam penelitian ini condong dioreintasikan  kepada perspektif kepentingan nasional yang dimiliki oleh Jepang terhadap Indonesia sebagai mitra ekonomi dan pasar yang memiliki potensi dalam memberikan profit yang besar kepada Jepang.  Dengan menggunakan teori diplomasi kebudayaan dan kepentingan nasional, artikel ini berusaha menghubungkan kepentingan nasional Jepang dengan hubungan bilateral  yang dijalinnya bersama Indonesia. Jepang berusaha menjalin ikatan kerjasama dengan Indonesia untuk memperkuat pengaruhnya akan Indonesia, sehingga Indonesia bersedia untuk mendukung segala kepentingan nasional yang dimiliki oleh Jepang.
