Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dan apa saja peran para stakeholder dalam implementasi Full Day School Di Kota Singkawang. Penerapan kebijakan sekolah 5 hari atau yang di kenal dengan kebijakan full day school Tingkat sekolah dasar dan menegah  pada tahun 2017 ini sudah di berlakukan. kebijakan tersebut tidak terlalu mulus, ada yang mendukung, tetapi ada juga yang menolak. Tujuan program ini ialah untuk mencapai keseimbangan antara kemampuan akademik dengan keunggulan karakter. Jika dilihat dari segi tujuan, program ini sangatlah pantas untuk diterapkan. Namun melihat kondisi geografis dan sosial-budaya di setiap daerah tidaklah sama membuat program ini perlu untuk dikaji lebih dalam. Dalam kontek dengan program FDS ini peran stakeholder sudah sesuai dengan status tertentu yang di punyai dalam mendukung program pemerintah FDS
