Abstract

Manajemen pemerintahan yang efektif dibutuhkan dalam mempercepat proses pembangunan. Berbagai persoalan manajemen diantaranya terkait dengan perencanaan, pengorganisasi, penatalaksanaan dan pengawasa, akan menghambat terwujudnya kemajuan organisasi publik dalam menjalankan pemerintahan. Untuk itu, dibutuhkan penataan dalam kelembagaan pemerintahan baik yang bersifat internal maupun eksternal. Hal ini, memerlukan kearifan pemerintahan dalam melakukan penataan kelembagan tersebut berdasarkan pertimbangan internal maupun eksternal.
