INOVASI DESA Studi Proses Implementasi Program Inovasi Desa di Kabupaten Mempawah

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan ingin menganalisis proses implementasi Program Inovasi Desa di Kabupaten Mempawah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif khususnya masalah-masalah yang berkaitan atas proses implementasi program inovasi desa dan menyusun profil desa yang melakukan inovasi. Kemudian menganalisis pengorganisasian dan interpretasi serta aplikasi dari program inovasi desa menurut teori proses implementasi O.Jones. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data domain, sebagai upaya peneliti untuk mendapatkan gambaran umum dan menyeluruh (holistik) dari objek yang diteliti. Hasil temuan disimpulkan ada capaian desa inovatif dari proses implementasi program inovasi desa Kemendesa PDTT maupun inisiatif lokal dengan pengorganisasian, interpretasi dan aplikasi yang dominan pada penguatan profil desa inovasi mangrove dan kuliner di Kabupaten Mempawah.

Abstract

Research aims to analyze the process of implementing the village innovation Program in Mempawah District. The method used is a qualitative descriptive in particular the problems relating to the implementation of the Village Innovation program and compiling the profiles of the villages that innovate. Then analyze the organizing and interpretation and application of the village innovation program according to the theory of implementation process O. Jones. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed by a domain data analysis technique, as a research effort to obtain a holistic and comprehensive overview of the objects being researched. The findings concluded that there was an innovative village achievement from the implementation process of the village Innovation program, Kemendesa PDTT  and local initiatives with the organization, interpretation and application dominant in strengthening the village profile of mangrove and culinary innovation in Mempawah Regency.
