Kolaborasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Sintang Dalam Penanganan dan Pencegahan Bencana Banjir Di Kabupaten Sintang Tahun 2021

Bencana banjir besar yang melanda Kabupaten Sintang pada akhir tahun 2021 yang lalu menjadi bukti mendesaknya kerja sama kolaboratif yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintdah dan pemangku kepentingan sehingga dapat mencegah terulangnya bencana banjir tersebut. Sejauh ini, pemerintah cendrung bekerja sendiri-sendiri, terutama dalam upayan mitigasi, dan seolah-olah menjadi tanggung jawab dari BPBD sendiri. Termasuk tingginya intervensi dari pemerintah pusat, sehingga seolah-olah menafikan peran dari pemerintah daerah. Belum lagi keberadaan Desa Tanggap Bencana yang ada di Kabupaten Sintang juga belum bekerja sesuai dengan harapan dan target yang ditetapkan. Penyusunan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Pendekatan teoritis yang digunakan sebagai pisau analisis yakni dengan teori collaborative governance yang menekankan pada empat tahapan, yakni Starting Condicition, Facilitative Leadhership, Institutional Design dan Collaborative Proces. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan dalam Menyusun model kerja sama kolaboratif dalam pencegahan dan penanggulanan bencana banjir yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sintang. Sehingga pemerintah daerah akan memiliki rekomendasi dan bahan pertimbangan dalam Menyusun kebijakan dan program khusus dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya bencana banjir kedepannya.References
