Kerjasama Kawasan Perbatasan dan Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan (Border Regional Cooperation and Regional Development in Kalimantan)

Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis peranan kerjasama lintas batas, KLB seperti kerjasama Sosek Malindo terhadap pembangunan daerah di kawasan perbatasan Indonesia, wilayah Kalimantan, yang didasarkan pada pemikiran dasar dari KLB, yaitu pada dimcnsi ekonomi, politik, budaya dan sejarah, dan kerjasama dan kompetisi. Studi ini menemukan bahwa pembangunan daerah di Kalimantan telah melaksanakan pembangunan pada skala global, dengan pengembangan yang memprioritaskan pembangunan daerah-daerah perbatasan yang mempunyai nilai strategik karena berbatasan langsung dengan Negara tetangga, Malaysia Timur (Sarawak dan Sabah). dengan membina hubungan kerjasama dengan Negara tetangga melintasi batas-batas antar Negara yaitu kerjasama Sosek Malindo yang merupakan strategi untuk mempercepatpertumbuhan pembangunan daerah dalam konteks globalisasi. Melalui kerjasama Sosek Malindo secara signifikan memberikan sumbangan positif untuk pembangunan daerah wilayah Kalimantan, khususnya di kawasan perbatasan.
Kata Kunci: Kerjasama Lintas Batas (KLB), pembangunan kawasan perbatasan dan pembangunan daerah.
