HUBUNGAN KELEMBAGAAN POLITIK DI DESA BUMBUN KECAMATAN SADANIANG KABUPATEN PONTIANAK DALAM PRESPEKTIF POLITIK DESENTRALISASI DAN OTONOMI DAERAH

Abstract

This writing study originated from the Indonesian government's desire to hold the regional autonomy with the principle of decentralization. Along with that, the village-level self-government organized by two political institutions at the village level ie village government (village head) and the Village Consultative Board  (BPD) which is located parallel to and partnering. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research. From the research, it turns parallel relationship and partnership between these two institutions do not function as it should and is likely to lead to the dominance of BPD, especially in matters of rural development due to three factors: the human factor of the village administration, village government capacity factor, and the factor of rural community participation .
