FUNGSI BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA (BPD) DI DESA KUALA SECAPAH KECAMATAN MEMPAWAH HILIR KABUPATEN PONTIANAK

Abstract

Thesis writing is intended to describe the function of the Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) in both sets of village regulations with the Kepala Desa, as well as in the community and share their aspirations. The title of this essay concerns raised by the lack of regulation in addition to the Village only Village Regulations About APBDes defined BPD. In addition, many public aspirations are not followed up by BPD so that the public thinks the performance is still not good. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research. The data was collected using observation, interview and documentation. Research sites in the village of Kuala Secapah Mempawah Hilir Subdistrict Pontianak regency. Subjects in this study were BPD ranging from Head to members, along with The Village Chief Village, community leaders and local villagers who feel directly the performance of the BPD. The conclusion of this study is the village of Kuala Secapah BPD has not been able to perform its functions properly, due to lack of regulations made ??for the village. In addition, people's aspirations can not be accommodated and channeled by the BPD is seen from the use of public funds perceived village misses the point. For that advice given is BPD expected to communicate to the community. In addition, for the future and hopefully BPD village chief may make rules to regulate the lives of rural people in the village.
