PENERAPAN BUDAYA KERJA PADA APARATUR PEMERINTAHAN DI KANTOR CAMAT PONTIANAK UTARA

Abstract

Occupational culture is the activity showed by government that can be directly accepted and appreciable by society. Consciously or unconsciously, success in work comes from values to which it belongs and the behavior that become habit. The values started from custom, religion, norm and principle that becoming their faith and also becoming habit in work behavior or organization.The application of occupational culture in the organization, especially in sub-district government, showed by researcher from the leadership that done by the head of sub-district and employee discipline. The head of sub-district leadership is important beside as one of the occupational culture’s value; it is also the factor that establishes the success as well as the failure in the application of occupational culture in organization. Through the ability to influence, to mobilize, directs and supervise are expected to support the establishment of a conducive work environment. Similarly, the employee’s discipline is one aspect which has a strong impact against organization. The application of the discipline viewed from discipline against time and discipline to rules and work procedures.The result of research showed that the ineffective in assembling the value of occupational culture by apparatus in Sub-district Office on North Pontianak.
