PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME PEGAWAI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN ADMINISTRATIF DI KANTOR CAMAT PONTIANAK TENGGARA

Abstract

This research was written in order to find out how much professionalism of employees can affect thequality of administrative services at the Office of Southeastern Pontianak District. This researchdeparts from the problematic administrative service quality, and professionalism of the employees isconsidered as one of the factors that cause the problem. This research used the quantitative researchmethods. From questionnaires distributed, data were then processed using a computer program thatcalled Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) V.18 to test the hypothesis. Samples takenfrom people in the District of Southeastern Pontianak. The results of this research is there is apositive and significant correlation between the professionalism of employees to qualityadministrative services. This is evidenced by the positive correlation coefficient is equal to 0.663.Besides the impact that employee professionalism of the quality of administrative services at theOffice of Southeastern Pontianak District by 44%, while 46% others are influenced by other factorsoutside this research.
