IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM SIMPAN PINJAM PEREMPUAN (SPP) PNPM MANDIRI PERDESAAN DI KECAMATAN SERASAN TIMUR KABUPATEN NATUNA

Abstract

This article writen as purpose to know how effer implementation seve and borrow  women program national program deceit stand alone society rural at east serasan subdistrict natuna regency. This research include on descriptif research with qualitative analysis that focus on communication variable interorganitation or organizer activity, organizer attitude and social economy condition. Result of field research show that program implementation save and borrow women program not maximal yet, there are still save and borrow women group that have arrears and misuse lend fund. That happen because  the less coordination betwen organizer activity unit and subdistrict facilitator  as Save and borrow women program organizer. organizer activity unit  unseriously to handle  save and borrow women  group that have problem, and social economy condition save and borrow women  group that from economy middle class until that effor can’t good grow because they just focus to fulfillment economy of household.
