PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN PEGAWAI DI KELURAHAN RANAI KECAMATAN BUNGURAN TIMUR

Abstract

The writing of this article aims to determine the needs of the employees in the Village of East Bunguran Ranai District . Is included in the qualitative research that focuses on the variable needs of comfort and needs of social relationships . Results of research in the field shows that the need for a sense of comfort to the employees have not been met , it is characterized by a narrow working space and the heat , coupled with the age of the facility has been a long and often damaged . And the need for social relationships , is still rarely done by the principal or supervisor , especially concerning praise , gratitude and appreciation in the form of incentives to employees , which has not been done by the leadership . The suggestion for the District Headman Ranai East Bunguran the need is expected to provide a sense of comfort and provide better facilities to all its employees . And the need for social relationships is expected Headman Bunguran Ranai Eastern District to be more able to respect and appreciate what has been done in the employees in completing the work, one way to always give thanks , praise and rewards as incentive.
