KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DEWAN PENGURUS KORPS PEGAWAI REPUBLIK INDONESIA DI KOTA PONTIANAK

Abstract


Every organization has goals to be achieved, and one of those goals is to improve employee performance. Improved employee performance is intended for employees to provide good service to the community. And to identify the level of performance required an employee performance measurement. This study focused on several issues related to the measurement of employee performance against the quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness of employees in work. The method used to discuss the focus of the method is qualitative and case study research conducted at the Sekretariat Dewan Pengurus Korps Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KORPRI) Kota Pontianak. On the results of the study found that the performance measurement results to the employee at the Sekretariat Dewan Pengurus Korps Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KORPRI) Kota Pontianak is quite good, although there are some employees who are less self-sufficient in the work. Therefore, the researchers suggested that the standard of work is made much simpler to be able to be understood and implemented by all employees, the need for increased oversight and strict sanctions against employees who lack discipline, leaders are also expected can provide rewards and incentives in accordance with the load and job performance of individual employees, increase employee understanding of the duties and responsibilities of each to provide guidance, as well as placing an employee in accordance with the expertise and skills of each.
