PELAKSANAAN DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL PADA KANTOR CAMAT ENTIKONG KABUPATEN SANGGAU

Abstract


This thesis is intended to describe and analyze the factors - factors inhibiting the implementation of the Civil Service work discipline on sub-district office Entikong . The thesis is appointed by the discipline problems that occurred at the Head Office , the problem - the problem is indiscipline at home office and non-compliance with prescribed rules . This research uses descriptive qualitative research model . This study is to describe and analyze and identify factors - factors inhibiting the implementation of the work discipline of Civil Servants in Entikong sub-district office . The study sites are located in the District Entikong . The subjects were employees at Head Office Entikong . Results from this study is that the implementation of the Civil Service work discipline in sub-district office Entikong not work effectively due to exemplary leaders who have not been up since rarely is in place during working hours because no outside assignments and persistence of employees who leave early from that time has determined , less stringent penal sanctions against employees who violate the rules , and lack of firmness of leadership ( subdistrict head ) in applying sanctions against employees who commit disciplinary offenses , especially in terms of hours of home office and non-compliance with prescribed rules . For the recommendation of the authors that reinforce sanctions penalties for breaches of discipline .
