PARTISIPASI POLITIK DALAM PEMILIHAN UMUM KEPALA DAERAH KABUPATEN SINTANG TAHUN 2010 (Studi di Desa Baning Panjang, Kecamatan Kelam Permai, Kabupaten Sintang)

Abstract

This study highlights the problem of political participation the villagers of Baning Panjang in local elections. Although the village of  Baning Panjang rank big partion the background medium of education and infrastructure condition is still inadequate but does not reduce their awareness in the general election, as evidenced by the high political participation of village communities Baning Panjang. In the study found three factors making high public political participation in village. Regional Head among others namely that is : (1). Very fanatisame about a particular candidate figure; (2) Radio as  media information and; (3)  the influence of kinship with the candidate.
