ABSTRACT
Key word: Implementation, Standard, Service, Basic School.
The Capability Implement Minimal Service Basic School Standard like as a proces to execute service
as minimal to student in scheme to raise quality of esducation. The capability service minimal basic education
standard become basic work of education service basic in distric, so the take away education service and sport in
scheme to raise quality of education service that standard. This research meaning is to know cause of factor not
the maximal Implement Service Minimal Basic School in Sanggau Regency. This metode research is metode
qualitative. The receive of research : (1) Low of qaulity source capacity human (the teacher) to seem to: (a) Low
of enoughtly the Head master Basic School that fully qualification of academic S1 cunder garaduate program,
only to reach for 22,96%, (b) Low of source capacity of teacher SD/MI should in school in stock 2 (two)
teachers that fully qualification academic S1 or DVI. In Sanggau, total teacher has fully qualification academic
S1 or DVI only to reachfor 26,30%. (2) Minim readiness of structure and infrastructure school in Sanggau
Regency problem to raise qualification of study in school from all of school that to be available only to reach for
59,92% school that structure and infrastructure standard. This reality must become the goverment of Sanggau
Regency to places poriority to implementation service minimal basic school standard in Sanggau Regency.
From this equal to raise quality source capacity of teacher to follow exercise to raise qualification of education
and continously level education and head master to scale S1. And to complete school with all structure and
infrastructure of education as woh that do need in service Minimal Basic School Standard.
