PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KANTOR CAMAT PONTIANAK SELATAN KOTA PONTIANAK

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of education and training on the performance of the CivilService Head Office South Pontianak district. Quantitative paradigm, the type of correlationalresearch is used to analyze the research problem. Data collected included primary and secondarydata. Primary data were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to all Civil Servants inSouthern Pontianak district Head Office. Secondary data consisted of literature studies andsupporting data from the Office of Head South Pontianak. To get fast and accurate results,researchers using SPSS V.16. Based on the calculation of SPSS V.16, it is known that education andtraining has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, the City ofPontianak to maximize the role of education and training in an effort to improve the performance ofcivil servants, especially in the Southern District Head Office Pontianak.
