Abstract

ABSTRACT

The title of this research is “Program Standardization Evaluation of Community Health Insurance in Community Health Center of Alianyang in Sungai Bangkong Village, City Pontianak Sub-District.” This thesis was written to inform the Implementation of Community Health Insurance Program in Community Health Center of Alianyang, Sungai Bangkong Village, City Pontianak Sub-District. It was because there were still many poor people that had not been covered by this health insurance program. This research is qualitative evaluative. The standardization include that of services, management, and facility. The services in the community health insurance were not effective and efficient due to quite serious matters. The management performance was not good due the late money transfer from the central goverment. Its constraint was resulted by the absence of periodical data updating. The facilities were considered good because all facilities in Community Health Center were already supplied as required and functioned maximally.
